How It Works
A great plateform to buy, sell and rent your properties without any agent or commisions.
Registration and Profile Creation
Farmers: After registration to the application, farmers create a profile
specifying their location, the type of work they offer, the available period for the
job, requirements for workers, and potential benefits (e.g., accommodation, meals).
Workers: Those interested in jobs also create a profile detailing their skills, experience,
availability, and preferences regarding the type of work or location.
Search and Matchmaking
Farmers can search the database of workers based on criteria such as skills,
availability, or geographical location. They can also receive recommendations from the
application based on matching criteria.
Workers can search job offers from farmers, filter them by location, period, or type
of work, and browse reviews from previous workers.
Communication and Confirmation
Once a farmer and worker find mutual interest, they can start communicating directly
through the application to discuss details such as working conditions, length of stay,
expectations, etc.
Upon agreement, both parties can confirm the job. The application should have an integrated
rating and review system, so both sides can provide feedback after the collaboration has
ended.
